Britain’s biggest nightclub operator is warming up investors for a potential float.
Deltic, which has more than 50 venues under brands including Pryzm and Atik, put plans for a stock offering on ice last year because of challenging trading conditions. Also, it wanted to refurbish some of its venues.
The company appears to have reignited listing plans — a capital markets day for potential investors is planned later this month.
Deltic, led by chief executive Peter Marks, made an approach for Revolution Bars in October. At the time, Revolution was pursuing an ultimately unsuccessful £101m merger with Stonegate Pub Company, owner of the Slug & Lettuce chain.
